 Carlos Miguel Yzaguirre McAllen, Texas
Carlos Yzaguirre was born and raised in Hidalgo County, Texas. After graduating college and law school, Carlos returned to the Rio Grande Valley to practice law. He currently lives in McAllen, Texas with his wife Rubi and their son Santiago Gael. After joining Kittleman, Thomas & Gonzales in 2006, Carlos' practice has focused on general litigation matters, including cases involving personal injury and commercial litigation, representing local banks on collection matters, and other general creditors' rights matters. Carlos is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas, as well as in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. He is President of the Hidalgo County Young Lawyers Association (2007-2008), and a member of the Hidalgo County Bar Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the U.S.-Mexico Bar Association. Carlos is also active in the community and his public service involvement includes Leadership McAllen Class XXV, and in 2007 the Hidalgo County Bar Association recognized him with the John E. Cook Pro Bono Award for the pro bono legal work he provides underprivileged citizens in the community.
