Carlos Miguel Yzaguirre

Carlos Yzaguirre was raised in Hidalgo County, Texas. After graduating college and law school, Carlos returned to the Rio Grande Valley to practice law. He currently lives in McAllen, Texas with his wife Rubi and their two children.

After joining Kittleman, Thomas & Gonzales in 2006, Carlos' practice has focused on general litigation matters, including cases involving commercial litigation, collection matters, and other general creditors' rights issues.

Carlos is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas. He is a former President of the Hidalgo County Young Lawyers Association (2007-2008), and a member of the Hidalgo County Bar Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the U.S.-Mexico Bar Association.

Carlos is also active in the community. Among other things, his public service involvement includes sitting on the Board of Directors for the Palm Valley Animal Center, in addition the Hidalgo County Bar Association has previously recognized him with the John E. Cook Pro Bono Award for the pro bono legal work he provides underprivileged citizens in the community.
