Ricardo Pumarejo Jr. was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley. After graduating from The University of Texas School of Law, Ricardo spent three years as a briefing attorney for former Senior Justice Linda R. Yañez of the Texas Thirteenth Court of Appeals. While with the Thirteenth Court, Ricardo assisted in the drafting of numerous legal opinions. Ricardo later joined Gonzalez & Associates Law Firm, where he focused on catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death litigation.
